Services

Gantry AI provides AI consulting, solution development, and AI literacy training for businesses. We also operate a platform where clients can access solutions we have built for them, as well as our pre-built offerings. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and Gantry AI.

Platform access and accounts

Access to the Gantry AI platform is provided to authorized users within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Platform accounts are for use by your organization's team members only. You may not share access credentials or grant platform access to anyone outside your organization without our written consent.

Acceptable use

When using our website and platform, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, platform, or other users' data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or platform.

Intellectual property

Pre-built tools and solutions available on the platform remain the intellectual property of Gantry AI. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for the duration of your subscription or engagement.

Client deliverables

Ownership of work product created during a client engagement is governed by the terms of your service agreement with Gantry AI. Unless otherwise agreed, custom solutions built specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment.

Data on the platform

You retain ownership of any data you upload or process through the platform. By using the platform, you grant Gantry AI the right to process your data as necessary to provide and improve our services. Our handling of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gantry AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, platform, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a platform account or service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website, platform, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify platform users directly.
